Not sure if any of my other preggo mamas can feel me on this one, but mama is tired! Since the beginning of my third trimester, I am spent at the end of the day, and it literally takes all the energy I have to get up out of my chair at night and walk to bed. I’m not sure if it’s just a third pregnancy thing, but this one is sure sucking the life out of me! Whew!

Not to mention… I feel like this little guy just doesn’t like to sleep at night. He’s ready to rock-n-roll about about 2 AM and then he sleeps all day long. Come on dude! Mama needs her rest!

So, just a few words of encouragement for my moms out there running low on sleep these days — whether it be pregnancy insomnia, sleep regressions or just a little on who can’t figure out how to stay in their own bed through the night:

1. You’re never alone.

2. This too shall pass.

3. Go ahead and pour yourself that extra cup of caffeine, mama. I’m not judging you!

We got this!
